Our chosen band is known as The Bird and the Magicians; the band consists of 1 girl and 3 boys. The girl sings and the boys each play the instruments.
Our chosen Band will be playing on Wednesday the 29th September at the Croft, and hopefully me and my group members will be going to check it out, and actually see how they play and just observe things that will help us delevop our ideas.
They also have made their own Poster (as you can see above), to distribute their band, and where they will be playing; this is also a positive for us as we also get some ideas of them, and how we can distribute our video etc.
The way the spread the word around that they were going to be performing was obviously of the poster, but also facebook and their MySpace, and as more people seen it they told one another.
This is one way we want to also spread our music video after it has been produced.
